Reubena Alexander Crawshaw

Aunty Ruby was the fifth child and third daughter of Reuben and Rosaline Crawshaw.  She was born on the 18.4.1919.  Her Father, Reuben, worked for  the N Z Railways as a Guard and as he was transfered about various towns of the North Island she was educated at a number of schools.  

Ruby never married.  She spent most of her working life in the public health system as a nurse or matron.at North Island hospitals.  Ruby died on the 27.8.1987.
